How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA notice, please email us at support@goradyl.com and include the following information:

  • The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on our website
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

After receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and may remove, disable, or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.

We may also contact the party responsible for the content and provide them with information regarding the claim, where appropriate.

Counter Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice.

A counter notice should include:

  • Your full legal name or company name
  • Your contact information
  • A description of the content that was removed or disabled
  • The original location of the content before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court if required by law
  • Your physical or electronic signature

After receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant takes legal action within the time required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

Goradyl may remove content and may restrict access to users, sellers, or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyrights or submit content that violates intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes false claims or misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
